We will organise every aspect of the stay of your students.
They can look forward not only to high-quality specialised programme in the companies, but also to nice and safe accommodation, Czech cuisine, fun activities and an opportunity to get to know historical Prague and the picturesque landscape.
You can also be assured of our professional support of the participants for the entire duration of their stay.
Accomodation & meals
The participants will stay in a comfortable hostel. The accommodation details will be discussed with every group individually based on their wishes and needs (grouping of participants by age, interests, willingness to get to know other places of the Czech Republic, etc.).
Meals for the participants are also included, thrice a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). On days of the internship meals during the day take the form of a cold buffet.
Travel service
One member of our staff will pick up the participants at the airport or at the bus/train station. We will accompany the group, help the participants with getting around the Czech Republic and we will be the emergency contact in case your group needs any help.
Based on our experience, we recommend that your group arrives on the weekend, so that the participants can use the next two weeks for their internship. Prague airport is a gateway to many destinations, making the Czech Republic easily accessible.
Public transport tickets will be provided to the participants to enable them to travel freely around the city for the entire duration of their stay in Prague. In case of choosing one of our leisure-activity-packages, we will ensure the transport for the whole excursion, too.
Cultural activities and trips
In case your students wish to take the opportunity to get to know the Czech Republic by way of trips, we will organise a programme for them. The details of the accompanying programme will be discussed with each partner organisation individually, so that it fits your needs and wants.
Among the most favourite short-term activities (2-3 hours) students love to do are guided tours around Prague, water park visit, UV minigolf, bowling, laser game, dinner in a TOP Prague restaurant, adventure in an escape room or exhibitions in different museums.
As for the day trips during the weekend, we are able to arrange trips to beautiful historical towns of Czechia, hiking in the Giant Mountains, visit Czech castles and lookout towers or interesting sports activities such as rafting down the Vltava river or an adrenaline climb in a rope park..
Monitoring and mentoring
Before the mobility starts, we will arrange an online meeting with the participants and help them write their CVs. We will inform you in advance about companies and job positions the participant will be assigned to. We will also help you prepare other documents required before the departure.
During the mobility, participants are required to fill in a questionnaire about their satisfaction with the stay and they can contact us with any problem in companies, accommodation, etc. they deal with. Our project coordinators arrange fun and interesting cultural programme for the students and during the mobility, subsequently, we post photos of students from work and leisure activities on social media.
Finally, we will help you prepare all documents according to ECVET, and we will issue the Europass and official certificate of the internship to the participants and summarise the results of the mobility in the final report.
